Email hello@polishcoffee.com for questions about products, ingredients shown on a label, delivery, returns, billing, or an existing order. Include your order number and the email used at checkout so we can locate the purchase without asking for unnecessary information.

Never email a full payment-card number, account password, or government identification document. Polish Coffee will not ask for your password by email.

Prepared for your order, not for a warehouse shelf

Most Polish Coffee selections are roasted, prepared, or packed to order in small production runs. This may add a little preparation time, but it helps us protect aroma and ship coffee at the freshness standard we promise.

• Free standard shipping is included on coffee orders delivered within the contiguous United States unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
• Please allow up to 10 business days from order confirmation for preparation and delivery. Weekends and federal holidays are not business days.
• Weather, carrier interruptions, remote addresses, or unusually high order volume may cause delays. We will communicate a material delay when information is available to us.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointment times. Responsibility for the parcel passes as permitted by applicable law and the carrier’s documented delivery status.

Freshness guarantee: If coffee arrives damaged, incorrectly packed, or unreasonably stale, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

Try the cup with confidence

Contact us within 30 days after delivery if an eligible purchase is not right for you. The first approved standard return label for that order is free within the contiguous United States.

• Unopened, unused non-food merchandise should be returned in its original condition when reasonably possible.
• For food safety, opened coffee generally should not be mailed back. We may request photographs, lot information, or the packaging before approving a replacement or refund.
• Original expedited-shipping charges, gift cards, and clearly marked final-sale items are not refundable unless required by law or the item was defective or sent in error.
• We may limit repeated goodwill refunds, duplicate claims, return abuse, or claims unsupported by reasonable order information. This does not restrict remedies that cannot legally be restricted.

Information used to serve your order

We may collect contact information, billing and delivery details, order history, customer-service messages, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, and basic site-usage data. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout; Polish Coffee generally receives transaction confirmation and limited payment metadata rather than your full card number.

We use information to operate the store, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain security, meet tax and legal duties, improve products, and send marketing only where permitted. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with hosting, analytics, payment, fraud-prevention, fulfillment, shipping, professional-adviser, and legal-compliance providers.

We do not sell personal information for money. Cookies may be used for the cart, preferences, security, measurement, and—when enabled—marketing. Browser controls and any consent tool shown on the site can be used to manage available choices.

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for these purposes, including order, tax, fraud-prevention, warranty, and dispute records. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information. Email us to make a request; identity verification may be required. The store is not directed to children under 13.

Fair use of the store and brand

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information, pay the displayed authorized charges, follow these policies, and use products lawfully. An order is an offer to purchase and may be accepted, limited, or cancelled for inventory errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, sanctions compliance, delivery limitations, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, the affected payment will be refunded.

Polish Coffee names, artwork, packaging, photographs, stories, and site content are protected intellectual property. No license is granted except the limited personal right to shop and view the site.

Prohibited conduct

You may not attack or probe the site, bypass access controls, scrape at disruptive volume, copy or misuse brand assets, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent payment or return claims, abuse promotions or chargebacks, harass staff or customers, introduce malicious code, or knowingly publish false factual claims with unlawful intent. Honest reviews, good-faith disputes, reports to regulators, and speech protected by law are not prohibited.

Limits and dispute process

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without implied guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and Polish Coffee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires more.

These terms are governed by Connecticut law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. Before starting a formal claim, both sides agree to try in good faith for 30 days to resolve the matter by email. Small-claims options and rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived remain available.

Coffee is personal; health decisions are personal too

Flavor descriptions are subjective and can change with grind, water, brewing method, storage, harvest, and natural variation. Product images are illustrative; packaging and appearance may change without reducing the quantity or essential product ordered.

Coffee may contain caffeine. Product and brewing content is general information, not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Anyone who is pregnant, nursing, sensitive to caffeine, taking medication, managing a health condition, or concerned about an ingredient should consult a qualified professional and review the current product label before use.

Historical storytelling on this site is editorial. Some famous coffee episodes are legends, disputed traditions, or literary descriptions rather than settled historical fact; the story pages identify notable uncertainty where appropriate.
